Description:

Polyester-cotton core-spun yarn knitted fabric burnt out, knitted velvet burnt out. The core of polyester/cotton core-spun yarn is polyester filament, and the outer cover is cotton fiber. The grey fabric is printed with acid during printing, and by high temperature baking or steaming, the cotton fibers at the pattern are hydrolyzed and dehydrated and carbonized, while the polyester filaments are not affected. After loose washing, the carbonized cotton fibers are washed away , polyester filament is left in the printing place, forming a sense of transparency and unevenness.
Burnt-out velvet fabric is made of silk or nylon silk and viscose silk. In dry heat treatment, the viscose is hydrolyzed by acid, dehydrated and carbonized, and then removed by washing. The silk or nylon silk is not affected by the acid and remains, thus forming a burnt-out knitted velvet with a concave and convex feeling.
